Educated in Miami’s vibrant design district and trained in commercial art and graphic design, Michael developed a love for bold colours, visual storytelling, and comic books. These early influences shaped his identity and continue to inspire his work today.
Now based in London, he’s had the privilege of working with data centres across Europe from designing way-finder maps to producing videos. That hands-on, behind-the-scenes access has given him a unique appreciation for the fascinating technology, the people who keep it running, and the essential role data centres play in powering our digital world.
Inspired by that perspective, Michael set out to celebrate this industry with art and design that’s imaginative, accessible, and fun. The result is The Data Centre, a colouring book series that blends pop art energy with real-world innovation. Made for both kids and adults, it encourages curious minds to explore and pursue careers in digital infrastructure.
