About Datapop.art

The Artist
Hi, I’m Michael Jurado, the creator of Datapop Art. Growing up in Miami, where I studied art and graphic design, I developed a love for bold colors, storytelling, and comic books. These early influences shaped my creative journey and continue to fuel my work today.
Now based in London, I’ve had the privilege of producing videos for data centers across Europe. This unique behind-the-scenes perspective has deepened my appreciation for the fascinating technology, the dedicated people, and the vital role they play in keeping the cloud running smoothly.
Inspired by the world of data, I set out to bring my artistic vision to life in a way that’s fun and accessible. I combined my love for pop art and my mission to ignite creativity in others, and published The Data Center: Pop Art Coloring Book. It’s a way to inspire kids to explore data centers as an exciting career path.
